SHIPPING
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
At the moment, Afriezon offers two modes of shipping which are In-Office pick up and Product Delivery. For In-Office pick up you can pick up your product from our office at no cost, whereas with Product Delivery we charge a fee to deliver the product to the buyer's preferred address.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We are currently not handling international transactions. Our areas of operation include Kampala, Wakiso, and Mukono. We will update this page once we have expanded our service areas to include more cities and regions.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All products take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to the buyer's preferred address.
PAYMENTS
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We are currently accepting Mobile Money payments from all major networks in the region.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
You can buy anything from our secure and encrypted website with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that all our vendors and products are vetted and that they meet safety and quality requirements.
ORDERS & RETURNS
How do I place an Order?
To place an order, browse to the shop section of our website, select your preferred product or products using the Add to Cart button, and then proceed to Checkout. On the Checkout page, enter your personal and billing information using the form provided, select your preferred shipping method, and click on the Checkout button. Once your order has been submitted you will receive a text from us with information on how to submit your mobile money payment for your product/s. Please note that your order is not finalized until payment is recieved.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
To cancel or change an order, give us a call as soon as possible before your product begins processing for delivery. Once your product begins the shipping process, you can not make changes to your order.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes you will need to create a free account with Afriezon before you can place an order using our platform.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track the status of your order through the daily notifications we send you with information pertaining to the progress of your product delivery.
How Can I Return a Product?
You can return a product within the first 7 days from the date of the purchase to be eligible for a full refund. You will need to return the product in its original state as it was bought together with its original receipt to be eligible for a refund.
